Ticket Policy
Refunds and Returns
All theatre ticket sales are final. No refunds.
Purchased tickets may be exchanged for a different performance or date, but exchange must be made at least 24 hours in advance of originally scheduled performance. Tickets purchased the day of a performance, or within the 24-hour period are not available for exchange. All exchanges must be made via the box office, in person or by phone, at (970) 627-3421.
For products purchased other than theatre tickets:
If the product is damaged in transit, the damaged product will be verified and inspected by the freight company. Credit will be issued after the freight company agrees to the damage.
If the wrong product was sent, the customer will not be held responsible for the product or delivery. The correct product will be sent to the customer after the error has been verified. In cases where the product must be produced, additional time may be required.
The customer will be held responsible for the verification and accuracy of the final proof. If a product is produced with errors previously approved by the customer, the oversight will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Policy
All tickets purchased from Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre (online, in person, or via phone) are Will Call, and are available for pick up in our box office at 800 Grand Avenue, Grand Lake, CO 80447. Tickets will not be mailed or sent electronically.
Any other products purchased online from Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre will have shipping charges added. Depending on product and promotional programs freight charges may be a flat rate per unit, or shipping and handling fee based on weight, class, accessorial fees, and delivery zip code.
Tracking numbers will be available when products are shipped.
*Inspect all shipments upon delivery.* If damage is discovered, please refuse shipment and call Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre at (970) 627-5087. Do not sign for delivery if you are in question. If unsure please call Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre.
